The Role

We are looking for a superb all round generalist Senior HR Manager with a proactive and "can do" attitude to join our dedicated HR team for a 12 month period. You will be the HR Country lead for our Success Factors implementation and for the first 6 months you will also manage the UK HR Operations team consisting of an HR Advisor and an HR Administrator as well as the offshore HR Operations team. You will take responsibility for day-to-day HR supporting the UK workforce.

The Opportunity

  • Project manage the implementation of the new Success Factors modules in the UK to include design workshops and testing.
  • Work closely with EMEA HR teams to consolidate practices and policies.

  • Responsible for the Performance Management lifecycle, including appraisals, feedback, moderation, calibration and performance improvement plans.

  • Support business leaders in with implementation of an effective feedback process to motivate high performers and improve poor performers.

  • Act as a champion and role model for the NTT DATA UK Vision & Values. Ensure that L&D practices are effective in embedding and reinforcing the values and that leaders are developed to be strong ambassadors of the vision and values.

The Person

  • Significant experience of working in a professional services environment, ideally in technology.
  • Advanced knowledge of  SAP Success Factors.
  • Strong organisational & planning abilities
  • Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to  engage senior leadership and highly educated and technical employees and facilitate their learning of leadership, professional and  communication topics
