The Opportunity 

NTT DATA UK are looking for a strong Test Data Lead to join one of our large clients in Berkshire. The role will involve ensuring that the data needed for different phases have been created and maintained. 

The Role

  • Ensuring data needed for different phases of migration testing is ready on time.
  • Analysing the scenarios and ensuring data requirements for differing customer journeys is clearly understood, in terms of test data approach from Test Strategy.
  • Ensuring data for relevant scenarios are identified in the source systems and then loaded into new systems for verification. 
  • Working with Test Design Architects to map data for test scenarios and different cycles of E2E migration testing. 
  • Making sure data cleansing has been done at each cycle of testing by retrospective vendors / system owners. 
  • Preparing test data requirements working with source systems for each test phase of migration. 

The Person 

  • Previous Data Migration and ETL experience. 
  • Excellent test process knowledge and expertise in testing life cycle. 
  • Experience with JIRA test and defect management tools. 
  • Ability to communicate with managers, peers, business partners and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. 
  • Familiarity with development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
