The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Line CRM support consultant to join our established team in Solihull, West Midlands. The role will help to provide exceptional standards of support to all customers and support a variety of products, services and platforms.

The effective day-to-day management and resolution of incidents raised by customers, in accordance with Service Level Agreements, documented processes and procedures; and provision of technical expertise on assigned project/support activity.

The Opportunity

  • Provide day-to-day application support for external based customers and ensure that the application support service is provided within SLA's and KPI's.

  • Take responsibility for prioritising support tickets based on business impact and urgency.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot Level 1 problems encountered with Dynamics CRM On premises and Online.

  • Identify faults and follow the Problem Management process to resolve faults.

  • Liaise with the Fix Groups/Teams to ensure issues are resolved.

  • Apply escalation procedures to line management effectively for any incidents that cannot be managed and resolved and coordinate user requests with external vendors according to policies and procedures.

The Person

  • Experience within a similar role

  • Demonstrable ability to develop business relationships and communicate effectively with the customers.

  • Solid troubleshooting skills.

  • Good understanding of the fundamentals of Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Azure and Window Server Platforms. 

  • Applies knowledge of customer service techniques as required to address customer problems.

  • Working knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365, Java Script and C# with experience of ITIL environments.
