Be part on NTT DATA UK's new Early Careers Program - Engineer Career Track – London and M4 Corridor – Starting salary of £32,000 per annum

Do you want to join our Early Careers, Fast Track Program? A program designed for candidates with basic IT skills, tailored training curriculum and a clear road map of progression within NTT DATA UK.

We invest heavily in future talent. That’s why all successful candidates will be enrolled onto our fully sponsored NTT DATA UK Digital Technology Academy focused on further developing your cloud network engineering skills. You will also have access and support from a panel of experts across multiple technology stacks whilst simultaneously developing hands-on experience by working on live projects and cases.

We are recruiting for several engineering career tracks:

-           QA Automation Engineers

-           DevOps Engineers

-           Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Engineers

About you:

We are on the hunt for people with a keen interest in software testing and development to help us build our capability across various clients. We are looking for people who aren’t daunted by a challenge and are happy working both individually as well as within a team.

The on-boarding process:

Like everything we do – our recruitment process is innovative and forward-thinking:

Stage 1: You’ll undertake a digital assessment online from the comfort of your own home

Stage 2: If you qualify, you’ll be offered a remote/face-to-face interview

Then finally, if you are successful, as part of the on-boarding process you will be enrolled onto the NTT DATA UK Digital Technology Academy to complete our 30-60 day finishing school to hone your skills and ensure you are client-ready. We will empower you with these extra skills all whilst being a fully employed and paid member of our team!

Prerequisites for the role and the assessment

  • In depth coding and framework experience, with languages such as Java, .NET, Python etc.
  • You'll need a working understanding of Java, HTML, SQL, CSS and JavaScript
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant IT project experience


  • A sound knowledge of market leading test automation tools, such as Cucumber, SOAtest, SoapUI, Selenium WebDriver, etc.
  • Back-end test automation experience testing APIs, Microservices and Cloud solutions
  • DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) experience, using market leading tools such as Jenkins, Maven etc
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience
