The role comes with a broad range of responsibility and will see you take the lead on coordinating and managing our development activity; making sure our people have easy access to learning and all our development activities run smoothly.

You will sit within a HR team that is proactive and enthusiastic about the talent agenda and you will be working for a firm that attracts talent from its major competitors because of its innovative and progressive approaches.


You will bring a couple of years' experience in Learning & Development so that you can have an immediate impact and experience of the tech /consulting landscape would give you a head start - but is not essential.
