The Role

This is a new opportunity to build a resourcing service to deliver for our Technology departments. Here at NTT DATA we are in a growth phase, both organically and through investment from NTT Group. This role is vital to ensure that we can align talent to our project needs and ensure that our clients are receiving an excellent service. The Opportunity

  • Own the forecasting demand for resources across tehcnology services.
  • Build, roll out and own demand management processes for the service line, ensuring plans are governed and communicated
  • Maintain service line resource through our resourcing system: Analyse, validate and present
  • Understand demand and ensure it is captured in our Demand Management tool to enable key milestones to be accurately reflected and that the reporting is high quality and accurate
  • Provide finance and resource management support and analysis to the delivery directors

The Person

  • Demonstrable experience of managing a resourcing service in a busy and complex environment.
  • Previous use of demand management forecasting and planning tools.
  • Understanding of technology businesses and needs.
  • Able to see the big picture but also get into the detail and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Excellent relationship builder and influencer.
