We are seeking a Senior Agile Delivery leader to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to mix agile programme delivery, client and stakeholder management, across business transformation and/or software development expertise.

You will deliver a diverse range of programmes and manage client stakeholders in a variety of contexts, covering multiple sectors, including telecoms and media, banking, insurance, and public sector. You will share a passion for Lean and Agile concepts, innovative ideas and thrive in an environment that embraces collaboration with clients and internal teams to scope, plan and execute projects on time and within budget. 

We are looking for someone experienced in both waterfall and agile methods and able to guide our Enterprise Agility practice to grow, capturing best practice and processes, coaching NTT DATA staff and clients in our Enterprise Agility propositions.

  • Deliver large scale agile transformation programmes from inception through to transition.
  • Provide Thought Leadership and aid the growth of the practice from a skills perspective
  • Drive the interface with the business, including translation of business requirements into deliverable strategies, working closely with the client and vendors to ensure that needs and priorities are met.
  • Planning of resources from both technical and non-technical disciplines, on,
  • Accountable for timely delivery of change across multiple programmes, across multiple clients.
  • Manage client relationships at C and director levels in FTSE-100 or equivalent companies.
  • Lead on the development of assets for the Enterprise Agility practice creating compelling client propositions e.g scaleable agile delivery framework, agile based training/coaching, agile run operations
  • As an agile expert, support definition and implementation of large scale agile transformation programmes (preferably experience in SAFe implementation as a scrum master)
  • Facilitate and coach stakeholders in agile practices throughout their agile transformation journey
  • Bridge the gap between business owners, product owners and 3rd party suppliers by pro-actively managing dependencies and impediments, including translation of product backlog into deliverable strategies to ensure that needs and priorities are successfully achieved
  • Adopt the right agile practices and tools from Lean, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe as appropriate


  • Extensive experience in working as a scrum master and agile coach delivering complex and challenging digital solutions
  • Deep understanding and practical experience in adopting and implementing agile tools such as JIRA/Confluence to drive transparency and accountability across organization including relevant metrics to show progress and improvements
  • Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe Programme Consultant
  • Direct technical delivery experience across multiple streams: analysis, design, build, integration, test, infrastructure / deployment / DevOps
  • A successful track record in delivering complex and challenging digital programmes on time and to budget. Comfortable developing and shaping the programme vision.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital business processes, key trends and value drivers - ability to use this knowledge to generate or influence new ideas to optimise effectiveness.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and their pragmatic application within a fast-moving and/or agency environment.
  • Direct technical delivery experience across multiple streams: analysis, design, build, integration, test, infrastructure / deployment / DevOps.
  • Experience shaping and leading innovation functions / departments.
  • Experience with programme delivery using widely used technologies, such as Adobe AEM, Hybris, Oracle WCS, Magento, LifeRay, etc.
  • Practical, on-the-ground experience with Agile and SCRUM is required.
