The Role

We are seeking a Programme Manager to join our growing business at a critical time.The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to mix programme delivery and stakeholder management. You will  be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Mid Term Plan. This encompasses a range of projects streams across senior stakeholders and is crucial to the next stage of our growth plans.

The Opportunity

  • Progamme Manage a business critical growth plan.
  • Manage stakeholders, ensuring the highest quality of communications and collaboration.
  • Manage the interface with the business, including translation of business requirements into deliverable strategies, working closely with the business to ensure that needs and priorities are met.
  • Planning of resources to esnure the plan is on track.
  • Ensure a focus on customer experience throughout the full lifecycle of the project.

The Person

  • A successful track record in delivering complex and challenging projects on time and to budget.
  • Excellent knowledge of business processes, key trends and value drivers - ability to use this knowledge to generate or influence new ideas to optimise effectiveness.
  • Excellent with stakeholders and easily able to build collaborative and  pragmatic relationships.
  • Experience in a client facing environment essential.
  • Would suit someone form a consulting background but looking to be based in one location.
