The Role

The CRM practice lead brings expert proposition knowledge and a passion for enabling change through technology. They have a flair for communicating innovative approaches and their benefits directly to clients, understanding the underlying business needs and goals, providing expert advice to support the resolution of complex business problems and to support sales. The CRM practice lead is regarded as a subject matter expert speaking at industry events and publishing thought leadership. They are leaders capable of motivating virtual teams in a matrix structure to deliver propositions and capabilities, and overseeing delivery on client site.

The Opportunity

  • Work with Business Units, Client Partners, Market Engagement team, Service Lines, Innovation team and the UK leadership team to build cutting-edge propositions to support the needs of our clients.
  • Develop new offerings to the meet Business Unit demands (including technology partner offerings and propositions)
  • Speak at industry conferences and other external events to generate business and raise the profile of the Squad and NTT DATA. Build customer relationships across target accounts and gain trust and respect as a domain expert.
  • Build skills and capacity across CRM to deliver propositions. Work with the Service Line leads to make sure capability developed within the Squad is reusable wherever possible, avoiding duplication and to achieve consistency.
  • Be the driving force behind the CRM proposition and the senior contact point for the discipline to engage with business units, Client Partners and the business development community

  • Be an enthusiastic believer in the power of technology to transform an organisation and society, and you will be able to articulate this vision to a broad audience
  • Have strong commercial acumen and build a deep understand of the way the NTT DATA UK organisation fucntions
  • Have passion and self-drive, you can see the potential value and outcomes in a yet-to-be developed solution combined with the gravitas, leadership, communication skills and charisma to overcome the barriers, and to successfully bring others on the journey (both internally and externally)
  • Be a highly collaborative individual with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders, orchestrating existing capabilities, identifying new areas of development and combining with partner solutions, to achieve real results for the business
  • Expert knowledge of CRM technology, markets and consulting
