The Role            

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team at a very exciting time for the business. Ideally in the very early stages of your career and with maybe a 6-12 months in an agency recruitment or resourcing role we will help you become a seasoned in-house recruiter. You will learn how an in-house team works, understand the tools and strategy we use and overtime grow into a good direct recruiter.

The Opportunity

  • Learn from the ground up splitting your time between scheduling interviews across the team & learning about recruitment.
  • Own vacancies and work with candidates to fill these roles
  • Be part of a team of dedicated recruiters delivering a quality service to the business.

The Person

  • Probably an agency background in resourcing or recruitment
  • Confident, organised and driven
  • A self-starter who takes pride in what they do
  • An ability to get through large volumes or work
  • Likes being part of a team and sharing success
