We operate in the Large Enterprise space and have a thriving Advisory, Implementation and Managed Services business. We work on some of the most exciting projects and up-to-date SAP technologies (e.g. BTP, AI, Datasphere, Joule, SAC, DMC).
We specialise in SAP for Automotive, Engineering Manufacturing, Oil and Healthcare, with rapid growth also coming in Pharmaceuticals, Defence, Justice, Utilities and Telecoms. What you'll be doing:
- Implementation and Configuration: Will be involved in the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules, including gathering business requirements, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- System Optimization: Analyse existing production, logistics, warehouse processes and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and throughput using SAP S/4HANA SCM applications including MM, EWM, TM, PP, possibly IBP functionalities.
- Integration Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA SCM and must demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD etc.).
- Customization and Development: Coordinate, manage and potentially deliver customizations of SAP S/4HANA SCM system through enhancements, custom developments, and interfaces to meet specific business needs.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to resolve issues, answer queries, and ensure effective utilization of SAP S/4HANA SCM.
- Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, configuration guides, and reports related to SAP S/4HANA MM .
What experience you'll bring:
- Detailed knowledge of Supply Chains, Manufacturing and the associated business processes
- How the SAP Supply Chain portfolio of products are brought together to solve business problems and issues
- Knowledge of Automotive, Engineering or Defence Manufacturing businesses
- SAP S/4HANA MM, EWM, IBP Expertise: You should have an In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA PP, MM and EWM modules, including configuration, implementation, and support. SAP S/4HANA PP or MM or EWM certification is preferred.
- SAP Ariba and Buying, Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle, Business Network certifications would be a distinct advantage
- External procurement Knowledge: Moving with strong understanding of external procurement processes, STO (Intra/Inter-Company), inventory management, and Goods Receiving and handling.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA PP or MM or EWM functionalities, including master data setup, Organisation structure, internal/external procurement, RF framework, and monitoring/tuning performance.
- Communication and Collaboration: You should collaborate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide training and support.
