What you'll be doing:

  • Provide functional/technical expertise to support Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
  • Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
  • Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
  • Act as the functional owner Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system
  • Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
  • The person playing this role will build working relationships with key client, incumbent and NTT DATA stakeholders, including other NTT DATA technical support and engineering teams.
  • The role will report into the Service Delivery Manager for the respective NTT DATA account along with being part of the Applications Management practice.

  • Knowledge of financial planning and reporting processes
  • Critical thinking and analytical background
  • Strong experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
  • Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (HCM Talent Mgmt & ORC, Compensation)
  • Participated in at least 1 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries
  • Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office versions 2010 – 2016
  • First Line, Second Line and hands-on Operational Support experience (Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment, etc.)
  • Degree: Undergraduate degree in Finance or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Nice to Have:

  • Able to demonstrate an ability to be an advisor to the client in a functional capacity; a consultant to the client and projects in a technical capacity; able to design new applications using information gathered up front
  • ITIL V4 foundation certification
