In the role of New Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for defining and building a sales strategy aimed at delivering the revenue targets that have been agreed upon. It will be your ongoing task to review and refine this strategy to ensure it stays on track for successful delivery.
Your responsibilities will extend to identifying and agreeing upon new logo targets in collaboration with BU Heads. You will play a crucial part in expanding NTT DATA's presence within existing clients, actively cultivating a strong pipeline of new revenue opportunities. It will be up to you to maintain this pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a continuous flow of new business revenue. Your expertise in positioning our services and solutions will be vital as you work to consistently close new business deals and meet the targeted new revenue numbers.
Developing productive relationships will be a cornerstone of your role. You will establish and nurture professional connections with key individuals in customer accounts and potential new clients, fostering a sense of trust and understanding. Collaborating effectively with sales support and service lines, you will construct tailored solutions that cater to clients' specific business needs. You will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of client relationships, skilfully negotiating terms and conditions.
To excel in this role, you'll need a blend of industry expertise, relationship-building prowess, and a proven track record of driving substantial deals. Demonstrated experience within the Manufacturing and/or Automotive sectors is essential, along with established relationships within these industries. Your ability to leverage existing connections and forge new ones will be critical in expanding NTT Data's client base. Moreover, a successful history of opening new logos and closing deals ranging from £2 million to £20 million is paramount. Your knack for navigating complex sales cycles and negotiating favourable terms will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth. Confidence, resilience, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role.
