As Head of CIO Advisory, you will spearhead the growth and operational management of the technology consulting capability. Your role will encompass presales leadership, client delivery excellence, and team development to ensure NTT DATA remains a trusted partner in technology-driven transformations.
- Capability Leadership:
- Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Technology Consulting practice, aligned with market needs and organizational objectives.
- Establish frameworks, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and enhance the client experience.
- Lead the evolution of the practice to stay ahead of emerging technology trends and client demands.
- Presales and Solution Design:
- Serve as the technology consulting lead in presales efforts, supporting bid and proposal development with expertise in solution design.
- Collaborate with sales teams to articulate the value of NTT DATA's technology consulting offerings to prospective clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients to position the practice as a trusted advisor.
- Client Delivery:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of high-impact, technology-driven consulting projects.
- Ensure solutions align with client needs, organizational goals, and industry best practices.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex delivery challenges, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Operational Leadership:
- Manage and develop a team of technology consultants, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
- Monitor key metrics to ensure delivery excellence, profitability, and resource optimization.
- Collaborate with the Head of Consulting to align the practice's trajectory with the broader consulting strategy.
What experience you'll bring:
- Proven experience in leading technology consulting practices, with a focus on presales, solution design, and operational leadership.
- Deep expertise in one or more areas such as cloud computing, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, or emerging technologies.
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills.
