You have an excellent blend of technical and process-orientated skills and are comfortable building strong relationships at all levels.

  • You have a wealth of experience planning, building and leading large scale transformations, implementing DevOps pipelines, working to build, test and deploy into cloud native environments.
  • We're split into the major three cloud providers (GCP, Azure and AWS) and tend for look for experience with one of the three, in addition to a solid grounding in Terraform, Jenkins, and general CI/CD experience.
  • Some tools and technologies that may come up in your role (though we don't require experience in all of these) include: Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE cloud offerings too) and Docker, GitLab, Circle CI and others.

What experience you'll bring:

  • AWS – strong experience building and maintaining across a range of services. Preferably certified.
  • EKS, Istio, Helm – comfortable with building EKS clusters, configuring Istio, and very strong with Helm. Preferably CKA certified.
  • Terraform – build modules, maintain terraform architecture, drift management, etc.
  • GitHub – strong experience with GitHub Actions – workflows, composite actions, Self hosted runners, etc.
  • General security and infrastructure knowledge – firewalls, networking, JWT, SSL, etc.
  • Ideally Mobile App experience – building iOS / Builds using AppCenter/Fastlane.
  • Experience of coaching and training teams in optimising software engineering and end to end delivery.
