The team you'll be working with:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Functional/Solution Architect to join Energy and Utilities department within NTT Data. In this role, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions to meet the unique business needs of our clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes, identify pain points, and define solution requirements.
• Lead the design and configuration of end-to-end solutions tailored to the specific requirements of clients in the oil and gas industry.
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures, encompassing trading, risk management, logistics, and regulatory compliance functionalities.
• Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, tools, and frameworks to optimize solution performance and scalability.
• Offer industry expert guidance and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting project teams consisting of developers, engineers, and analysts at every stage of the solution development lifecycle.
• Provide functional leadership in complex, multi-phased projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, project timelines, and budget constraints.
• Assist in developing of project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans to ensure successful project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners, serving as a trusted advisor on technology solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for solution enhancement.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including presentations, and proposal development, to support business growth and client acquisition efforts.

What experience you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in ETRM technology solutions, with a deep understanding of trading, risk management, and logistics processes in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record of leading complex solution design and implementation projects, preferably in a consultancy or trading technology services environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and senior executives.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving innovation, solving complex problems, and delivering business value in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
