What you'll be doing:
In the capacity of Head of Government Sector at NTT DATA UK&I, your role is pivotal in shaping and executing the strategic vision for engagements with central government entities.

Additionally, you will play a key role in team leadership, inspiring a high-performing team of client partners and sales executives, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the client partnership and sales teams.
You will be responsible for operational oversight, including strategic guidance for client partnership and sales activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals, and monitoring and analysing performance metrics for optimizing team effectiveness and driving business growth.
What experience you'll bring:
Leadership experience is paramount, with a proven track record in similar roles, particularly with a focus on central government clients, and expertise in managing high-performing teams of client partners and sales executives.
Deep industry knowledge is a must, encompassing a profound understanding of the central government landscape, policies, and challenges, coupled with familiarity with the latest technology trends and their application to government initiatives.
Your success will also hinge on exceptional relationship-building skills, including outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling you to forge and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated success in cultivating enduring partnerships with central government clients is a key indicator of your potential. Additionally, possessing strong strategic thinking skills, including the ability to analyse complex issues and translate them into actionable plans, coupled with a visionary mindset that enables you to anticipate and respond to changing market dynamics, will be instrumental in your effectiveness in this role.
