The Role

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to come and join our rapidly evolving business.  The Technical Delivery Lead will have a strong technical background, but will now be responsible for overseeing large projects. The Technical Delivery Lead will be client facing and keen to progress his/her career within one of the World’s largest technology firms who are currently experiencing huge growth in the UK.

The Opportunity

As a key member of the team, we are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead who is able to work with Senior Stakeholders and to be key to building propositions, responding to bids and putting in strong delivery practice across key clients. Some of the specifics are as follows:

• Overall responsibility for managing large groups of team members located onsite and Offshore.
• Responsible for delivery on one of our major accounts with high level of complexity.
• Leads the definition of and adherence to delivery management processes and policies.
• Exhibits advanced knowledge in delivery management best practice.
• Manages multiple programs and the coordination and direction of mission critical projects of work.
• Responsible for delivering in a highly-matrixed global delivery model.
• Accountable for overall delivery assurance within assigned account.
• Contribute to implementing digital and technology strategy across assigned client.
• Supporting and working with client partners for account growth.
• Own and develop specific propositions within the application service line
• Work with CXO level at client organisation to understand their strategy and liaise with NTT DATA to assist CXO in achieving their strategy journey
• Responsible for delivery and customer satisfaction on all client engagements along with full compliance of SLAs/KPI’s

The Person

With a strong technical background and a natural ability to engage with stakeholders across the business, we are looking for a bright ambitious Technical Delivery Lead with experience of the following

• Demonstrated experience of delivering Change Programs and Application Support services across multiple industries
• Demonstrated experience at overseeing and managing large and complex accounts with hands on experience of working in an Onshore / Offshore model
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Expert priority-setting skills as they relate to setting strategic direction for the group.
• Ability to lead large cross-functional teams.
• Technical background ideally within Managed Services and IT outsourcing industry
• Extensive experience managing very large third party relationships across geographies and/or industries in the successful achievement of customer satisfaction levels.
• Advanced ability to implement delivery transformation programs to re-engineer delivery cost model.
• Ability to motivate, direct and lead large groups of people at all levels within the organization.
