The Role

Our Facilities team is responsible for making sure that our offices and their services meet the business needs. This will include but not limited to the Front of house and receptionist desk. As a Receptionist, you will provide general office support which will include answering incoming calls, greeting our visitors, meeting room set up and clear up, ordering lunches and setting up the rooms.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a people driven environment, enjoy challenges, must have high attention to detail. An enthusiastic, energetic and proactive person, with great team spirit and a passion for dealing with people will succeed in this role.

 

The Opportunity

  • Provide a professional and warm welcome to all visitors and members of the team. Signing in/out guests, issuing security passes, informing relevant parties of arrival and directing visitors accordingly.
  • Receive and sign for deliveries, informing appropriate addressees, sort and dispatch incoming/outgoing post and arranging couriers.
  • Coordination of meeting rooms, ensuring that they are fully functional prior to any scheduled meeting.
  • Liaising with catering team and setting up lunches for the meetings.
  • To check the room bookings for the following day to ensure that all details are correct.
