The Opportunity

We are looking to recruit a strong Migration Test Manager to coordinate different phases of migration testing for strategic releases as part of a large programme involving technology changes with an emphasis on integration, end-to-end and user accepatance testing. 

The Role

  • Work closely with partners (line of business, technology etc) and vendors to ensure requirements are translated accurately into robust test plans and scripts that support the project needs and business stakeholders. 
  • Produce functional and non-functional testing strategies and plans related to data migration 
  • Support multiple initiatives or sets of requirements simultaneously under compressed timelines. 
  • Take full accountability for own work and line management responsiblities 
  • Contribute to and enbed testing frameworks and methodologies 
  • Plan and assure testing 

The Person

  • Proven relationship management / engagement skills and show the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences 
  • Data Migration and ETL experience 
  • Sound test process knowledge and expertise in testing life-cycles 
  • Familiarity in different development methodologies - Waterfall, Agile etc. 
  • Experience coordinating with mutli-vendor teams and on-shore / off-shore teams 
  • Telco domain experience is desirable
