The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join our growing Birmingham office.

The role will provide exceptional standards of support to all customers and support a variety of products, services and platforms.

Responsible for the effective day-to-day management and resolution of incidents raised by customers, in accordance with Service Level Agreements, documented processes and procedures; and provision of technical expertise on assigned project/support activity.  

The Opportunity

  • Act as an escalation point for any incidents/problems that cannot be managed and resolved
  • Co-Ordinate and scope required changes
  • Own and champion nominated processes and procedures
  • Service account client reporting as per contract
  • Bid support
  • Service Catalogue Management 

The Person

  • Experience of conducting a similar role previously
  • Ability to manage multiple clients on different platforms at the same time, therefore strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills are essential.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop business relationships and communicate effectively with the customers, as well as application of solid customer service techniques as required to address any customer problems.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills.
  • Good understanding of the fundamentals of Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Azure and Window Server Platforms. 
  • ITIL Foundation is desirable
