The Role

The Partner Manager is responsible for working with key Partners and NTT DATA Client Partners to identify and drive new opportunities around the NTT DATA UK propositions. The Partner Manager actively manages our relationship with specific Partners to help deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

The Opportunity

  • Business Planning - Develop, execute and manage the respective annual partner business plan(s) to drive success across the market.
  • Business Alignment and Ownership – Develop and maintain meaningful, sales-oriented relationships with each partner’s executive leadership, regional management, key account teams and key stakeholders
  • Training and Solution Enablement – Support the enablement of partner field resources, across sales and implementation consulting, for products and solutions.
  • Direct Involvement – Direct participation in the sales cycle for key ‘must win’ opportunities.
  • Sales Interlock (Partner and Sales) – Understand the Partners overall global sales execution model & target markets and identify/qualify potential opportunities/leads stemming from the partners

The Person

  • Solid Alliance / Sales track record within Partner / Channel sales environment.
  • Solid track record of sales engagement, partner enablement and management of partners.
  • Experience of working in one of our partner markets.
  • Experience of selling technology solutions
  • An unbult drive to win
