The Role

We are seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Solution Lead to play a key role in growing the EUC capability across NTT Data.

The focus of the role will be to develop service offerings focused on delivering a centralized, flexible workplace and responsive, adaptive support for a superior user experience. 

The Opportunity

  • Define and develop compelling and innovative EUC solutions based upon complex, in-complete and conflicting requirements.
  • Owning the pre-sales and estimations, presentations, workshops and service delivery, ensuring a positive customer relationship is maintained.
  • Be able to position EUC technologies and solutions and understand how it fits within a wider modern workplace transformation strategy
  • Ability to grow the team in Birmingham in the latest technologies and features in the Digital workplace arena.
  • Regularly blog, attend conferences and work with specialist agencies in order to publicize our offering better.

The Person

  • Confident with excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding verbal and written communications
  • Strong experience in a customer facing architect and delivery role
  • Ability to engage project and service stakeholders up to a senior level with confidence.
  • Working Service Management and ITIL knowledge
  • Track record of delivering services to defined service levels.
