The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing technology business. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner this role will be responsible for a designated client group, working closely with senior leaders to support the delivery of a proactive people strategy. The HRBP will apply HR expertise and commercial understanding to partner the Business Unit/Service Line leadership team supporting business changes , cyclical activities and people development .

  • Champion employee engagement and help drive the people agenda

The Person

  • Ability to champion and drive organisational initiatives within designated client group
  • The ability to work across a complex matrix organisation
  • First class influencing skills
  • Demonstrable experience  in an HR BP role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and practical experience of applying this knowledge in ER cases
