The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our established, but growing HR team, in a newly created role.  

The role will provide administrative support to the UK HR team and will have the opportunity to get involved in a diverse range of tasks in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

  • Providing efficient administrative support to the team and support for cyclical and ad-hoc activities including projects and HR initiatives
  • Responsibility for the payroll input process on a monthly basis
  • Coordination and ownership of key employee lifecycle events such as the starters and the leavers process
  • Ensuring that employee records and information are accurate and up to date on the HR system
  • Actively involved in ad hoc and monthly reporting
  • Purchase Order generation and invoice processing

The Person

  • Previous experience is a similar HR administration role 
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • The ability to communicate at all levels with excellent written and interpersonal skills.  
  • Experience of working with HR systems, in particular Success Factors would be ideal.
