The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our Service Management team supporting one of our Public Sector Healthcare clients, on site, in Leicester. 

The overall purpose of the role is to provide support to the Service Manager in the day to day management of the services provided to the client.  

The Opportunity

  • Monitor service requests and incidents for compliance with contractual deliverables.
  • Support the individual Team Managers and Leads with resolution of aged and escalated calls .
  • Ensure automated reports are delivered as per the schedule. Assist with modification to existing reports and the creation of new ones.
  • Support the Service Delivery Manager in creation of documents for meetings and service reviews, as well as acting as librarian for controlled documents.
  • Appraise Customer of progress regarding incidents and requests and any corrective action that has been taken.
  • Manage and own the customer complaints process, including responsibility for compliance and response.

The Person

  • Experience in a similar role previously
  • Good knowledge and experience of IT service management, ideally within an ITIL environment.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
