The Role

We have an exciting new opening for a Receptionist to join our team, working in our new office based in Shoreditch, London

This is going to be a busy role in a Digital, Design and Consultancy environment that will host multiple workshops and client events. We know the important job our front of house staff do, so our receptionists are essential to our overall image.

The successful candidate will work alongside an Office Manager and will be report to the Facilities Manager.

Required to work a shift pattern between 8.30am to 5.30pm

The Opportunity

  • Managing the front desk and reception effectively along with supporting the Office Manager in ensuring events run smoothly
  • Efficient and polite VIP treatment of all clients and external visitors
  • Meeting room booking, set up and post-meeting room tidying
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails and phone calls
  • Liaising with the PAs and executive directors
  • Ordering stationery, booking couriers, organising catering for meetings when required and liaising with the external catering provider

The Person

  • Experience of undertaking a similar role previously
  • Good communicator with the ability to converse with external visitors and at all levels across the NTT DATA business up to Executive level.
  • Strong organisation skills, with an acceptional eye for detail
  • Good exprience of room booking systems (ideally Condeco)
