The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity that has arisen within our Internal Sales team. In this role you will be working to deadlines on a daily basis to execute and maximise all Support Renewal Opportunities.

The key task is to maintain and grow our Maintenance Recurring Revenues which will require dedication and commitment to over-achieve targets. This is varied role which requires engagement with customers and partners at all levels, so you must be very confident in your ability to communicate.

The Opportunity

  • Ensuring the successful renewal of our support client database.
  • Every support renewal requires qualification of requirements for the renewal, but also potential replacement/upsell product opportunities.
  • In order achieve maximum renewal rates and identification of upsell opportunities the following tasks are required;
    • Ensuring customer has received quotation 60 days in advance of renewal due date.
    • Proactively and regularly contacting customers over the phone to build relationships.
    • Early engagement to establish potential upsell opportunities working closing with the Sales Team.
    • Work closely and negotiate hard with our suppliers/vendors to higher margin retention.
  • Provide support to the Client Partners with provision of quotes, SoWs and bid commericals for new business opportunities
  • Managing the order processing/quote generation using our SalesForce system
  • Providing individual accurate weekly forecasts

The Person

  • Previous background within a sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with good telephone manner.
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales renewals an advantage
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to confidently build relationships at all levels
  • Good level of MS Excel knowledge and experience
